This is intended to outline the warranties  and what they  cover, ensuring that you can enjoy them for years to come. 

Alumawood Limited Lifetime Warranty

Amerimax Exterior Home Products' Limited-Lifetime Material Warranty covers Alumawood Lattice, Patio Cover, Carport, and Awning products against splitting and defects in finish for the original retail purchaser's lifetime. Warranty is transferable within 10 years of coverage and claims must be made within 30 days of discovering a defect. Amerimax will inspect claims and repair, refinish or replace defective products at their discretion. Labor and product shipping charges are not covered after the first year of the warranty period. The warranty does not cover installation, weathering damage, misuse, improper care, acts of God, aggressive environmental conditions, rust on steel products, or products erected outside the continental United States, Canada, and Mexico. The purchaser must follow Care and Cleaning Instructions, and failure to do so may void the warranty. The warranty is governed by Georgia State laws.
