Limited Lifetime Warranty
Amerimax Exterior Home Products' Limited-Lifetime Material Warranty covers Alumawood Lattice, Patio Cover, Carport, and Awning products against splitting and defects in finish for the original retail purchaser's lifetime. Warranty is transferable within 10 years of coverage and claims must be made within 30 days of discovering a defect. Amerimax will inspect claims and repair, refinish or replace defective products at their discretion. Labor and product shipping charges are not covered after the first year of the warranty period. The warranty does not cover installation, weathering damage, misuse, improper care, acts of God, aggressive environmental conditions, rust on steel products, or products erected outside the continental United States, Canada, and Mexico. The purchaser must follow Care and Cleaning Instructions, and failure to do so may void the warranty. The warranty is governed by Georgia State laws.

Limited Lifetime Material And Labor Warranty
This limited lifetime warranty from Four Seasons Building Products covers lattice, patio cover, carport, and awning components against defects such as peeling, blistering, flaking, chipping, splitting, rusting, and cracking for the life of the original retail purchaser. The warranty is transferable to subsequent owners during the first ten years of coverage. If a manufacturing defect is suspected, FSBP must be notified in writing within 30 days of discovery. FSBP may provide refinished, repaired, or new products to remedy the defect, subject to certain limitations and conditions. The warranty does not cover consequential damages caused by misapplication or improper installation, nor does it cover defects caused by unreasonable use or failure to provide necessary maintenance. The warranty is only valid if registered with FSBP within thirty days after completion of the original installation of the product, and certain exclusions and limitations apply. Limited Lifetime Warranty: This covers the aluminum framework and paint finish against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the product.
15-Year Finish Warranty: This covers the paint finish against cracking, peeling, or chipping for 15 years from the date of purchase.
10-Year Acrylic Panel Warranty: This covers the acrylic panels against excessive yellowing, loss of light transmission, or breakage for 10 years from the date of purchase.
10-Year Insulated Panel Warranty: This covers the insulated panels against excessive yellowing, loss of light transmission, or breakage for 10 years from the date of purchase.

Limited Warranty
4K Aluminum Inc. provides a limited material warranty for their Pergola Systems and Pergo-Soleil panels. The warranty covers workmanship and materials for 20 years from the date of installation and applies only to the original purchaser and the location listed on the warranty certificate. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or the cost of installation or replacement. The warranty also excludes color matching, installation or handling of products after leaving the facility, abnormal use, the use of products not manufactured by 4K, labor, transportation, or installation costs, color changes due to weathering, and any damages caused by factors beyond 4K's control such as natural disasters or ordinary wear and tear.
